Payment Methods Online Ordering
Full Payment will be made through a PayPal account to the Green Gym Company UK Limited (www.paypal.com). Registration ensures that these details are correct. Goods will be sent once a valid payment method can be assured.
Delivery Options Online Ordering
Orders received by 10am will be despatched the same day via a 2-4 working working day service to a mainland UK address providing stock allows (allow 3/5 days to highlands/islands etc). Out of stock items will be despatched when available. Postage and packaging is £5.00 per delivery. Customers will be advised on any undue delay.
Guarantee Items
Are covered by Manufactures Guarantees which does not cover misuse.
Returns Policy
The Customer must contact Green Gym Company UK Ltd before returning any item and obtain and Returns Number. Green Gym Company UK Ltd will advise on the method of return. Items damaged or faulty within the guarantee period (10 days from date of posting items) will be exchanged by Green Gym Company UK Ltd. Items returned at Customers request are at the Customers expense and will be subject to a re-stocking fee. If goods were originally sent out on “freedelivery” and are then subsequently returned for credit, the cost of that outward “free” carriage may be deducted from any credit that is due -Books - books cannot be returned unless damaged -Videos & DVD’s - Due to the ease of copying this form of material we cannot offer an exchange or refund on videos - unless damaged -If damaged, they will be replaced with the same title free of charge.

The website is current and will match the current price list. The prevailing on the date the order is received will be classed as the current price.
Ownership of goods
The Title and ownership of the Goods remains with Green Gym Company UK Ltd until full payment has been received. Green Gym Company UK Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend product specifications, prices or terms without prior notice.
